If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we here at Gaisano Grand Malls are here to help.

RETURNS You are given 1 week or 7 calendar days to return items from the date you received it. For the eligibility for a return, your item/s must remain unused and in the same condition that you received it. Item/s must also have its original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS Once we received your item, we will be inspecting it and will be notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately send you a notification whether via email, text or call after inspecting the item thoroughly. If your return is approved and deemed legit, we will initiate a refund to your card or cash. For Credit Cards payments you will be receiving the refund within a certain amount of days depending on the processing on your card’s policies.

SHIPPING You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the returned item/s. Shipping costs are non- refundable. In case of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
