HOMEFIX Mosquito Swatter, Rechargeable 400mAh Battery, 3 LED 049

Hi, I just buy yesterday a home fix product electric mosquito racket at gaisano grand mall catarman . I used it at night about 1 hour then it blinks which indicates that it needs to be charge so, I charge it for few hours then it stops charging for about 3 hours . Then, I take it to try to used it but when I open it the battery indicator got only 1 of the battery light. What could be the possible problem? Could I take it back to the store to replace it?
