Nab-It! Family Game of Words 668 Gaisano Grand

INSTRUCTIONS:
To begin the game each player grabs a bag of tiles, and one of the gray bank tiles. Each person draws five tiles from their bag and places them on the table in front of them.
The first player places any word that they can form with their letters on the table. During every other turn a player can either add letters to words already played thus creating new words and/or stack tiles on top of other tiles to change the words. Tiles can be placed based on the following rules.
– Players can use the letter on either side of the tile.
– Players can play as many tiles as they want but they can only play in one horizontal or vertical line.
– When stacking tiles you cannot place the same letter on top of itself. For example you can’t play an “A” on top of another “A” tile.
– A player is not able to cover up an entire word since they must use at least one of the letters that are already present to form their word.
– A stack of tiles may never be taller than five high. If the stack is already five high, no other player can play on the stack.
– Letters that are replaced must work with all words that they are part off. For a letter that is part of two words, both words need to be changed to another valid word based on the tiles that were played. If one of the resulting words is not a valid word, the tile may not be played.
The following words are illegal:
– Words that are always capitalized
– Words with hyphens or apostrophes
– Abbreviations and symbols
– Prefixes and suffixes
– Foreign words not in the dictionary.”
